BW LNG is proud to be part of the Maritime Trainee programme, one of Norway’s leading management trainee programs. Organised by the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association (Norges Rederiforbund), in collaboration with Menon Economics, this 18-month programme combines academic learning with practical work experience at leading maritime companies.
Since 2014, BW LNG has welcomed 11 Maritime Trainees, with three more joining later this year. We are honoured to be a leading choice for our Maritime Trainees, and are committed to providing an exceptional hands-on learning experience for them, with valuable industry insights on LNG shipping. Today, we are delighted to have seven employees in our Oslo Powerhouse who are current or former Maritime Trainees.
