24 August 2026, AT SEA – On board BW Lilac, our crew came together to mark India’s Independence Day with a flag-hoisting ceremony.
Although miles from home, the occasion was a reminder of the values of freedom, unity and the traditions that keep our crew connected wherever their voyages take them. BW LNG thanks Captain Prashant Mohadkar for leading the celebrations onboard, and the entire BW Lilac crew for bringing the spirit of the occasion to life through teamwork and mutual respect.
We wish our colleagues and friends a Happy Independence Day, and smooth seas and safe voyages ahead.
