1 October 2026 – Colleagues across BW LNG’s Digital & IT and Technical teams recently came together for team-building activities focused on collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
In Singapore, BW LNG’s Digital & IT team members Juzer Vasi, Ronald Lacaden and Jimmy Melican met with colleagues from Berge Bulk IT to exchange ideas, discuss shared industry challenges and explore opportunities for continued innovation. The day wrapped up with a friendly darts competition, with BW LNG taking the win.
In Norway, the Technical team gathered at Kleivstua for a two-day offsite, including an AI workshop led by Head of IT & Digitalisation Harald Martin Myhre and IT Change & Process Manager Sondre Strande Dahl, and a team hike to King’s View.
BW LNG believes strong collaboration is built through sharing ideas, learning from one another and making time to connect beyond day-to-day work.
