Erik Strømsø is the CEO and co-founder of BW ESS, a leading developer, owner and operator of large-scale battery energy storage systems.
Prior to joining BW Group, Strømsø was a Senior Equity Partner at Pareto Securities, a leading Nordic investment bank, with a key focus on the energy and maritime space. In addition to his role at BW ESS, Strømsø also serves as a non-executive director on the boards of Corvus Energy, BW Water, BW Digital and BW Velora.
Strømsø holds an MSc. in International Management from London School of Economics and a BSc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
