Who can apply?
Our BW Group Future Leaders programme is open to graduates in Singapore who have graduated within the past two years.
Do you have graduate opportunities available in locations outside of Singapore?
Yes. BW’s affiliates continue to run graduate programmes in their home markets located around the world. You may refer to our career page for the opportunities: bw-group.com/careers
Is the overseas rotation compulsory?
The overseas rotation allows graduates to gain valuable international exposure as part of the leadership development experience. Graduates may choose to participate depending on their interests and preferences.
Am I able to choose the country for the overseas rotation?
You may indicate your preferred overseas location, however, the final placements are determined based on business needs and role availability.
