BW LNG was delighted to join forces with BW LPG for our BW Seafarers’ Conference, gathering over 160 of our dedicated sea and shore colleagues in Manila. The two-day conference presented an important opportunity to reconnect with our seafaring colleagues and enhance our sea-shore collaborations.
We were honoured to have BW LPG CEO Kristian Sorensen and BW Group CHRO Sophie Smith share valuable insights on our company strategy and the importance of People and Culture. Our BW LNG senior leadership team also led panels emphasising the importance of our crew, how the relationship between seafarers and our company will always be a mutually beneficial one, and our continual efforts in ensuring a workplace environment of respect and belonging for everyone to thrive.
