In collaboration with WISTA Norway, BW LNG, BW LPG and BW Offshore, were pleased to host BW’s inaugural event “Creating an Inclusive and Equitable Workplace.”
Held at the BW Powerhouse in Oslo, the event drew a full house of over 70 participants. The session centered around the question: How can we foster an inclusive culture that ensures everyone has an equal opportunity for success?
The panel discussion, moderated by Christine Korme from the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association (Norges Rederiforbund), featured prominent industry figures, including YngvilÅsheim, CEO of BW LNG, Rolf Thore Roppestad, CEO of Gard AS, Wenche Agerup, Chief People Officer at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, and Nina Marie Nicolas, Global DEI Lead at DNV.
The evening provided valuable insights on creating a more inclusive workplace, and reinforces our commitment towards fostering greater diversity and inclusion in the maritime industry.
