7 May 2024 – BW LNG is delighted to be awarded Marine Money’s Project Finance East Deal of the Year 2023, as part of its 20th Ship Finance “Deals of the Year” Awards.
Maritime is a capital-intensive business where strong financing is crucial. The award, for FSRU BW Batangas’ US$145 million senior secured term loan, was coordinated by the lead arranger Standard Chartered, together with lenders Bank of America, Clifford Capital and DBS Bank. The deal was structured with Legal Counsels Norton Rose Fulbright and Stephenson Harwood LLP.
