Last week, BW LNG and BW LPG came together to host the Senior Officers’ Conference 2025, our annual three-day event designed to deepen sea-shore connections by celebrating our sea and shore staff together!
With over 200 senior and junior officers joining us in Mumbai, the event was filled with open dialogue and insightful discussions on crewing, safety, and operations — a true showcase of the BW spirit connecting and thriving, in action!
We wrapped up the event by honouring our people at the Long Service Award Ceremony. A special shout-out to Electro Tech Officer, Prashant Rajaram Kulkarni, Bosun, Sucor Monteiro, and Motormen, Sajumon Kandathil Joseph and Januario Remie Fernandes, for celebrating 25 years of dedicated service at sea!
We also celebrated our BW LNG colleagues marking their 10-year milestones. Thank you for your commitment and contributions!
