Last week, BW LNG hosted the annual Norway Officers’ Conference at BW Powerhouse Oslo from 27–28 May 2025. The two-day conference brought together 24 BW LNG senior officers and our onshore colleagues for two days of collaboration, feedback, and shared learning, while honouring BW LNG’s dedicated seafarers for their years of service.
The conference saw discussions on key topics including Zero Harm, technical, marine, operations and crewing, and even featured a highly anticipated tour of the BW Powerhouse office! The event concluded with a special gala dinner on day one, followed by a special recognition of colleagues for their long service milestones on day two.
Held annually in Lagos, Manila, Mumbai, and Oslo, our Officers’ Conferences are an important way of strengthening sea-shore relationships and celebrating the people who make us Best on Water.
